Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of digital realistic illustration services through artificial intelligence (AI) provided by Carlos Leonardo Palacios. By hiring the services, you agree to the terms described here.
Delivery of Images and Videos
The final images delivered to the client will not have watermarks and can be used freely by the client.
Videos created will be delivered with watermarks to protect the authorship of the work. Watermarks are permanent and will not be removed.
Use of Images by the Artist
Carlos Leonardo Palacios reserves the right to use the generated images for promotional purposes on social media, portfolios, and the artist’s website.
If the client does not want their images to be used for these purposes, they may request a confidentiality agreement by paying an additional fee. This is because the use of these images to promote the artist’s work helps maintain accessible service prices.
Copyright and Usage License
The client has the right to use the delivered images for personal and/or commercial purposes. However, the copyright of the original artwork belongs to Carlos Leonardo Palacios.
Any modification, adaptation, or resale of the images by the client must be previously agreed upon with the artist and may be subject to additional fees.
Payment Conditions and Fees
The prices of the services are listed on the website and may vary depending on the complexity of the project. The final cost will be informed before the project begins.
Payments are accepted through PayPal and cryptocurrencies.
Refunds are not available, as the services offered are consumed upon use. However, the creation of additional images or videos can be offered as compensation in justified cases.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project. On average, work is delivered within 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends.
Privacy and Data Deletion
Upon completion of the service, all information and photos provided by the client will be deleted, keeping only the generated images shared with the client.
The privacy of client data is a priority, and the files sent will not be shared with third parties.
Limitation of Liability
Carlos Leonardo Palacios is not responsible for the improper use of the images by the client once delivered.
Any dispute over the use of the images must be resolved according to the laws of South Korea.
Modifications and Adjustments
The client is entitled to a limited number of free adjustments as previously agreed. Any additional modifications will be subject to extra charges.
